The FOURTH incarnation of GINSTRONOMY, as part of the incredible Shore Leave Festival, is stepping up to have more available to our guests than ever before!
Come & enjoy the subtle art of pairing the best Western Australian gins with local produce from the Midwest region. We will have distillers from not only Geraldton, but from all over Western Australia, who will all be in attendance for our guests to sample & purchase their GINS. As well as on hand all night to tell you about their journey & what brought them to make these wonderful spirits.
Mouth-watering FOOD will be available throughout the evening, prepared by our team of world class chefs! Led by Rodi Assas, our extremely talented Head Chef who has worked in some of the most luxurious venues in Europe & has fallen in love with the produce available to him on his doorstep in the Mid West! All the food will be paired up with the gins available to our guests that evening.
There will be LIVE MUSIC from Ian Weggler Music & JP Softly showcasing the best of musicians that come to play at Bobs every Friday night!
